For everyone staying the Friday night, dinner that evening is on us.

Saturday 28 August

The Wedding

Romanian weddings run late. The ceremony is in the late afternoon or early evening, and the dancing carries on into the early hours, so take it easy during the day.

The bar stays open and the music keeps going. Your room is a short walk away, so stay as late as you like and slip off whenever you need to.

Farewell Brunch

A relaxed brunch to recover. Come down whenever you're up; there'll be plenty of coffee.

Flying home on the Sunday? Book a later flight if you can, and allow an hour to the airport. We'll confirm brunch times as soon as we have them, and if you need to leave before brunch, we'll make sure you're fed first.

We've taken the whole estate for the weekend and there's a room for everyone, so you don't need to book anything.
Rooms
We'll sort out the rooms. Tell us on the RSVP who's coming and which nights you'd like, and we'll find you a room that fits and confirm it by email.

You pay the resort directly when you check out. Nothing is paid in advance. Rates are on the travel page.

Dress code

Friday - Relaxed

It's outdoors on grass, so flat shoes, and bring a layer for when the sun goes down.

Saturday - Relaxed black tie

We'd love you to dress up for this one: a dinner jacket or a dark suit, and a long or smart cocktail dress.

Sunday - Relaxed

Whatever's comfortable for brunch and the journey home.

Part of the Saturday evening is on grass, so block heels will be easier than stilettos. Wear any colour you like apart from white and ivory, which are for the bride.

Children

Very welcome. Sasha is carrying the rings and Otilia is a flower girl, and we'd like to find jobs for a few more of the smaller guests , and we'll be in touch about that. There'll be entertainers on hand, so they get their own version of the evening while the grown-ups eat.

Gifts

You're travelling to another country to be with us, which is plenty. If you'd still like to give something, a contribution to our honeymoon means a lot. Details are on the RSVP page.

Photos

Please keep phones away during the ceremony. We'd much rather look out at faces than screens. After that, take as many as you like and send them to us.
